Hi . I have bought a bottle of D-Mannose that says take 3 capsules 2-3 times a day. I’m confused ! I’m not sure how many that is exactly . Does it mean I have to take 6 or 9 capsules per day or just 3 capsules per day ?
3 capsules 2-3 times daily means you would take 6 or 9 capsules per day.
